BLISTER MANUFACTURE
Blister forming
When it comes to Blisters, we have several machines to POP OUT the blisters that you require. With a mould, the blister gets formed in a specialist heat forming machine. These blisters are then used in our manufacturing processes, or shipped out for use in a separate product.

Blister sealing
In addition to the forming of the blisters, your product needs to be enclosed in the blister itself. We have two sealing machines capable of sealing thousands of units per day, and currently we have many products that make use of the front & back blister sealing methods. This provides a very professional look to your product for displaying and hanging on the shelves of the most popular retail stores.

Thicknesses
We have machines capable of producing very thin (100 micron) to very thick and strong (500+ micron) blisters to protect your product in a very professional packaging.
